Secure long-term archiving of electronic documents
In many application areas there are requirements for retention periods for digital documents. This applies in particular to the health system, administration and justice, taxation and the banking sector.
With qualified time stamps, the revision security can be proven and signatures "re-signed", but this is hardly economically feasible.
ArchiSoft ensures the evidential value of electronic signatures in the long term. Statutory archiving requirements that apply to banks, the healthcare system or authorities, for example, can also be met for electronic documents. This is a basic requirement for long-term, (legally) secure handling of electronic documents.
ArchiSoft can also be used with unsigned documents. In this case ArchiSoft contributes to the revision security of a system without having to resort to expensive special hardware.
By using a few qualified time stamps, ArchiSoft is a very economical instrument for achieving secure long-term archiving of electronic documents.
