In order to participate in a webinar or a remote maintenance session, you need a session number and, if necessary, a password.
We will inform you of both of these in the form of a link in the invitation before the meeting.

By activating this link you will automatically download the appropriate FastViewer client software.
Start the application and you will automatically be in the correct session.

If you have not received a link, you will need a session number and, if necessary, a password.
In this case, please download the FastViewer client suitable for your operating system yourself (see below).
Start the application and enter the session number.

Windows

restricted session

If there are problems downloading the FastViewer client and access to your computer is not necessary - e.g. B. for webinars - it is sufficient to start the FastViewer client in the browser. Here, however, you need to know the session number.
