Future Congress Bavaria 2025

Organizer

A digital decade – much achieved, much to do! 2015-2025 – ten years of the Future Congress Bavaria

When the Future Congress Bavaria took place for the first time in 2015, the Bavarian Prime Minister was still Horst Seehofer. The first patron of the event was Franz-Josef Pschierer, then State Secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology. Subsequently, the patronage changed from the current Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder - then State Minister of Finance, Regional Development and Homeland - to the first digital minister at state level, Judith Gerlach, to the current Digital Minister Dr. Fabian Mehring.

About the Congress

The Future Congress Bavaria offers an established platform for exchanging information on the current development of the digitization of the state and municipalities. On the basis of a profound assessment of the current situation, the main aim is to discuss concepts, strategies and solutions for the further digital transformation of the state and administration. An intensive, open and also controversial discourse is intended to make a contribution to the further digital transformation of the Free State and the further networking of the relevant players.
