Use of digital patterns
The new Annex 2b to the federal contract for doctors regulates the use of digital samples in statutory health care. The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the GKV-Spitzenverband determined which forms contract doctors can use in digital form in the future and that these must be provided with a qualified electronic signature using the electronic health professional card (eHBA).
Laboratory transfers (sample 10) and Laboratory requirements (sample 10A) can be digitized for the first time from July 1, 2017 PDF- Forms are used.
From 1.04.2017 the Referral slip for radiological teleconsultation (sample 6) also as a digital form in PDFFormat available.
The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians has produced a technical manual for “digital forms in PDF/ A-Format ”, which gave the go-ahead for digital use of the forms. The digital samples contain in one PDF-Form the display and storage of human and machine-readable content. The PDF-Forms are implemented on the basis of the so-called "AcroForms" (ISO_32000-1) and in the example of sample 6 and sample 10 / 10A provided with a qualified electronic signature.
The signature software Sign Live! CC supports primary system manufacturers in implementing the prescribed requirements of digital samples by automatically filling, filling in, signing and reading out the field contents of PDF-Forms supported.
