- Telephone support for questions about the installation and configuration of our client products
- Sales support for order receipt and processing with our CRM system
- Maintaining and updating the intarsys internet shop
- Creation and maintenance of tutorials and our FAQ's pages
- Support of the consultants in the project activities
your skills
DUTY
- You enjoy working on the phone, enjoy dealing with customers and have a strong service mentality
- You have a quick grasp and the ability to analyze customer problems and needs
- Sales support for order receipt and processing with our CRM system
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical support, both written and verbal
- Very good knowledge of the MS products Word, Excel and Outlook
freestyle
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
