- Technical customer advice and support of the sales team (analysis of customer requirements, conducting demos and presentations, and answering technical questions during the sales process)
- Conception of (technical) solutions to solve customers' problems
- Support of proof-of-concepts and pilot projects
- Preparation and implementation of product presentations, as well as implementation of training courses
- Close cooperation with field sales, product management and professional service

your skills
DUTY
- At least 5 years of experience in the technical pre-sales area, preferably in the sales of IT products that require explanation
- Relevant knowledge of eIDAS and ERV
- In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze them
- Very good technical understanding
- Proficient in German and English
freestyle
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, economics or similar, or a comparable, completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Very good presentation skills and experience in conducting product demos
