What tasks do you expect?

• You are the central, competent and friendly contact point for customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail or ticket system.
• You categorize and prioritize inquiries independently and, if possible, work out an appropriate solution or forward it to downstream departments.
• You document the processes for later tracking and billing.
• You support our consultants in their daily project work.
• You support our sales by looking after our internet shop and by creating orders that we receive from our sales partners.
• In creating tutorials and maintaining our FAQ's you bring your knowledge independently.
• Also include the administration and maintenance of our CRM-System to your tasks.
