Digital, legally valid temporary employment contracts
We offer the personnel services industry a web-based platform to conclude legally valid digital temporary employment contracts in accordance with Section 126a of the German Civil Code. Our customers can conclude legally valid digital temporary employment contracts with their customer companies on our web-based platform with their qualified electronic signature and a card reader within 5 minutes. The feedback from our customers is consistently positive - after all, annoying customer trips to sign the contract before the start of the assignment are no longer necessary. At the same time, electronic signing is cheaper than the paper route via post or car.
