When you open a PDF form with fillable fields in Sign Live! CC, you receive the following error message:
"Please wait...
If this message is not eventually replaced……
This is not a bug, but rather a deliberate behavior. The file to be opened contains "dynamic fields" that can be changed at any time. Documents with dynamic fields cannot be signed in Sign Live! CC.
Solution:
Make in Adobe these fields after filling them out “statically” by closing the document in Adobe for example via the virtual printer "Microsoft Print to PDF" print. The static PDF generated in this way can be signed in Sign Live! CC.
