D-Trust cards of generation 2023.x have been available since November 5. This card has a modified security system, so adjustments had to be made in our software for card readers with RFID functions.
- The REINER SCT RFID comfort with D-Trust card 5.x can be used in this combination in Sign Live! from version 7.1.12.
- The REINER SCT RFID standard is recognized from version 7.1.13.
Please note when using the Sign Live! cloud suite bridge
Users of the Sign Live! cloud suite bridge often want to cach the CAN for signature with the D-Trust 5.x card. A software can only cache the CAN if this entered on the monitor The REINER SCT RFID comfort and REINER SCT RFID standard do not allow this. Secure PIN entry at the card reader is required here.
The REINER SCT cyberJack one or the CHERRY ST-2xxx behave differently. These card readers accept that the secure PIN entry on the card reader is switched off. This means that the CAN is entered via the monitor, which allows CAN caching.
