Company history
Founded in 1996 as a consulting company in the banking sector, intarsys has meanwhile become one of the leading manufacturers of software and solutions for everything to do with electronic signatures, seals, time stamps and PDF/A. The procilon GROUP has held a stake in intarsys since the end of 2021, creating a leading German solution provider for applications of electronic trust services.
