The implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG) represents – despite all the effort and adversity – a departure in the holistic digital transformation of the federal, state and local governments. It is now important to use this “kickoff” to grab the ball after digitizing the front end of public administration and, in the next step, to transform the internal administrative processes - the back end - in the sense of end-to-end digitization to march off. In order to get the ball into the end zone in this process, the choice of play is crucial. This can only be successful if, in close cooperation with everyone involved, it is possible to bundle the existing resources and skills of all actors in the best possible way and use them in a goal-oriented manner.
The HEssenDIGITAL congress on March 8, 2023 offers an excellent setting for this personal interaction. As a professional platform and information hub, the event is intended to help bring the state and municipalities closer to the goal of Digital Administration 4.0. Participants have the opportunity to participate in the diverse discussions, maintain and expand networks and find out about various products and services in the accompanying exhibition.
