- Installation, configuration, testing, documentation of our software at customers (mainly via remote maintenance)
- Documentation of the installed solution
- 1st and 2nd level support for customers and partners via JIRA
- Creation, support and implementation of user training and customer workshops
- Support in the preparation of offers and tenders
- Support in the creation of test scenarios and user training
your skills
DUTY
- Very good German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of the operating systems Windows and Linux
- Good knowledge of network and security
- In-depth knowledge of scripting and description languages such as JavaScript, HTML, SQL, XML
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region (approx. 10% of the time)

- Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat), proxies, identity management (Keycloak)
